Privacy policy

2. What data we process

This website has no forms. We only process the data you send us by email: your name, email address, company, the content of your messages and the part files you attach.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare the free review or report you request. We do not use it for any other purpose or send you marketing communications you have not asked for.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you write to us and, if you commission a report, the steps prior to entering into a contract or the performance of the contract you have requested (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

Part files: deleted 30 days after delivery, or earlier on request.
Emails and contact details: up to 12 months after the last contact.

6. Who we share it with

We do not transfer your data to third parties. To provide the service we use these providers:

Web hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. It may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, to serve and protect the website.
Email: the provider of Molvia's mailbox.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction or portability of your data by writing to contacto@molviadfm.com. If you consider that your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not set its own cookies or any analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
